2. Description of Service

Cataloger AI is an AI-powered platform that helps users catalog items by generating descriptions from uploaded images. The service includes image processing, AI-generated descriptions, automatic grouping, web research enhancement, and export capabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription processed through Stripe
• Credits are consumed per item cataloged according to your plan
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond normal API usage
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the service to generate misleading or fraudulent product descriptions

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload. Descriptions generated by our AI are provided for your use and you may use them freely for your cataloging purposes. The Cataloger AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

7. AI-Generated Content

Descriptions and valuations generated by AI are provided as-is and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Valuations are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional appraisals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cataloger AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
